Snowmass Viceroy Hotel

All meeting, poster sessions, and conference hosted meals (lunch and dinner on final night) will be held at the Snowmass Viceroy Hotel. The conference has contracted for a very limited number of rooms, at the discounted room rates. All attendees and Board members (excluding Speakers) who wish to stay here are responsible for making their own reservation, based on availability.

If you wish to stay at the Snowmass Viceroy, reserve your room as soon as possible as we expect the room block to sell out and additional discounted rooms likely cannot be added. Any reservations requested after all rooms in the block are reserved will be priced at the current market rate at that time. Attendees are also free to make the own accommodations at any other property of their choosing.
