Registration Rates

Registration fee covers registration and some meals, but not the hotel room. Registration costs for 2026 are given below. More details will be provided on the Cvent website.

Postdocs and Graduate Students - $600, Academic - $1,400, Industry - $2,400

Refund Policy

All cancellations made up to one month before the start of the conference will be refunded in full. Anything beyond that time period will be handled on a case by case basis.
